REVIEW: Glutaredox Sublingual Glutathione

I know it’s been a while since I last wrote a review, but this one took quite a bit to finish because I needed at least two weeks to test it out. We Filipinos love skin whitening products. I don’t deny it, I’ve tried almost everything! From whitening soaps, bleaching thrice a week, oral glutathione, lotions – you name it, I’ve probably tried it. In fact, this isn’t the first sublingual glutathione I’ve tried, but read on to find out why I would recommend Glutaredox over other sublingual glutathione brands.

First, why use sublingual glutathione? What advantage does it have over other types?

For one, it’s not invasive. The easy administration makes it really convenient to take. This is a great alternative to injectable glutathione, especially if you’re not a fan of needles. Sublingual glutathione effortlessly puts the “No pain, no gain” adage to rest.

Second, compared to oral glutathione, it has a high bioavailability. Don’t chicken out on this medical term here. Bioavailability simply means the percentage of the drug or substance taken that makes it into the body’s circulation. Higher availability means higher amount of the glutathione working on making your skin look fairer. And while a huge chunk of oral glutathione is expelled from the body without making it into the circulation, sublingual glutathione is not only easily absorbed in the blood stream, it stays there longer, too!

Lastly, it is quickly absorbed into the circulation, giving users an instant glow in minutes.

Now, I don’t have a photo to prove that it really does give you an instant glow, but I’ve tried it for two weeks, and here’s what I can say about Glutaredox:

  • Initially, I wasn’t familiar with the product, so I did my research first. Glutaredox is made in Italy and was introduced to the Philippine market in the last two years. While I couldn’t understand the words on the box (there was no English translation!), the information online was enough to convince me that they’re legit. I read testimonials and positive reviews of how effective this brand has been for them.
  • More importantly, it’s FDA approved. Here’s a link to their FDA certificate.
  • What’s in it – a combination of four potent ingredients: Vitamin C, Reduced Glutathione, L-Cysteine, and Selenium. Here’s what they’re responsible for:

  • Each box contains 30 capsules, which is already good for 30 days. However, you may also choose to take 2 capsules per day instead of one to get results faster.
  • It retails for Php 2380 on both Lazada and Skitty. I think it’s priced fairly and competitively.
  • Taking the tablets is as easy as it gets. You put it under your tongue and wait five to ten mins for it to be completely melted and absorbed sublingually.
  • The tablet tastes mostly sour, but also mildly sweet.

And the results?

  • Based on their whitening progress guide chart, I started with a skin color index of 6, and ended the two weeks with an index of 4.
  • Aside from the whitening effect on my skin, what I liked most about it is that I generally felt better. I didn’t feel so tired waking up in the mornings, and I had extra energy to spare for late nights. I got better sleep, too. My skin also seemed healthier and more vibrant.

I wish I had before and after photos that I could share with you, guys, but the last two weeks were just extremely loaded with work. While Glutaredox’s main selling point is its whitening power, I couldn’t help but notice its other amazing side effects, too! It’s probably thanks to that that I didn’t look like a zombie at work.

Currently, Glutaredox is on sale on Skitty for only Php 1800. The sale only lasts until the end of February. They also offer free shipping and meetups, too!

I’d recommend Glutaredox to anyone who’s on a deadline to get whiter and better-looking skin. It’s painless, affordable, and fast-acting. What’s not to love?-HANA
