Cherry Bombre Hair: The New Low Maintenance Hair Color Brunettes Would Love

cherry bomb ombre hair color for brunettes

Low maintenance? No problem! Most brunettes find it difficult to change to bolder, wilder, and trendier hair colors because of the bleaching required. I know, bleaching can be a real bitch, and I also personally have a few brunette friends who refuse to change their hair color if it means killing their hair for it. However, there’s a new hair trend in town, and it’s going to suit brunettes who refuse to bleach just fine. The Cherry Bombre, short for Cherry Bomb Ombre, a term coined by celebrity colorist Beth Minardi, has been hailed by Good Housekeeping as the new hair trend for brunettes. The hair color mixes in red tones with brown hair, which provides “energy and dimension”.

The best part is that hair color noobs can enjoy the look with minimal commitment to bleaching and maintenance. In fact, the fun thing about having ombre hair is that it naturally looks like its fading, so if you’re not into regular salon visits for your mane-tenance, then this look is just for you. Additionally, “This shade works well on olive or porcelain skin tones, but red tones can be played up or down to suit any complexion,”  says Beth Minardi to Good Housekeeping.
