NEW! Mang Inasal’s Palabok: A Merienda Must-Try

What makes the new Mang Inasal Palabok stand out from the rest? Read on to find out!

One of my foodie resolutions for 2015 is to eat more Pinoy food. It’s easy to get overwhelmed by all the international cuisines readily available, and neglect delicious tasting Filipino dishes that’s right in front of us! Filipino cuisine reaches out to comfort the soul like no other cuisine can, simply because every sip and bite reminds us of the warm feelings of home.

Each of us has our own favorite Pinoy food. Mine happens to be too many to mention, from the numerous choices of appetizers, viands, desserts, and even rice variants! However, one of the Pinoy merienda dishes that has always stood out for me is the Palabok. For those who are unfamiliar with the Palabok, it’s a popular noodle dish of Chinese origin, owing its name to the bright orange-colored thick sauce covering the thin rice noodles. It makes for a great merienda snack or meals!

Fulfilling my 2015 foodie resolution is about to become easier with Mang Inasal’s version of the Palabok! Rich, creamy, and oozing with flavor, it’s going to make dieting a little more challenging, and cheat days extra rewarding. The sauce, combined with the toppings, takes the Pinoy fave to the next level. The sauce can make or break a dining experience, and in this case, the Mang Inasal Palabok experience can be summed in five words: Sauce at sangkap, Ohh Sarap!

Hungry yet? Come get your satisfying Palabok fix at Mang Inasal!

I wish I can translate into words just how much I’m loving and craving for Mang Inasal’s Palabok, but you just have to try it for yourself and be the judge! The new menu item is a steal, and one you wouldn’t be able to resist.-HANA
