Fibr: Home’s Most Powerful Broadband

You guys know how I’m already dying here waiting for the release of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire here in the Philippines. To add to my excitement, Nuffnang, in partnership with PLDT, is giving us bloggers a chance to participate in an exclusive screening of The Hunger Games on November 21! A day before the official release!

So this is the question I chose to answer is: How would the odds be in your favor if you had a Fibr connection?

If I had Fibr connection in the Hunger Games, here are some of the strategies I shall employ with my super fast PLDT connection:

  • I’ll be using Fibr to research on the other competitors: know their strengths, weaknesses and whatnot. Maybe even stalk their social media websites to know where they are and what they are up to.
  • Social media is everything in the games. It can make or break your chances of winning the Quarter Quell. If the rich people back in the Capitol love you, they might sponsor you some items you’ll need for your survival, or give you a winning edge in the competition. If I had Fibr, I’ll probably keep the people connected to social media happy by sending them messages from time to time!
  • If I have enough time to spare from watching my back, maybe check out how my family is doing on the other side. The Capitol will definitely use them against me and can hurt my family to manipulate my chances in the games.
  • Lastly, I’ll keep myself updated about the happenings in the Capitol and the thirteen districts from time to time. Figure out what we can do to gain more support for the rebellion.
