MurangLipad.com Offers Flight Assistance to Passengers Affected by Cancelled Flights

I was one of those greatly affected by the news that Zest Air operations has been suspended. My planned trip to Davao for the much awaited Kadayawan festival was cancelled, and there was nothing left to do but wait for the full refund, lest I’d like to wait in the airport four hours before my scheduled flight in hopes of getting an non-guaranteed chance to fly to Davao for my vacation. Yes, they offer a refund, but that does not include charges incurred for the hotel reservations that we’ve already made for this trip.

What’s even a mystery to many people, especially to those passengers who’ve put their trust in the airlines, like me, is that while CAAP has suspended Zest Air, why hasn’t it suspended Cebu Pacific as well for the past three runway incidences they got into.

I am relieved to know that there’s someone out here to help us during this unfortunate time of getting our flights cancelled. I’m sharing this with you to help out other travelers who are in the same dilemma as I am right now. Hope this helps!-HANA
