Review: Beauty PRO Cosmetics Crazy Colors Palette

Beauty Pro Cosmetics Palette

Good eyeshadow palettes are hard to come by. You want great pigmentation, little to no fallout, and awesome durability, the kind that will stay on the model’s lids for hours. While the primer is there to help keep your eyeshadow in place, a good eyeshadow seals the deal.

So I’ve been on the lookout for a good palette for my graduation shoot, and I found this from reading tons of local reviews online. Beauty Pro Cosmetics Crazy Colors Palette from Digital Traincase. After reading blogs about it and saw photos of swatches, I was convinced that it was crazily pigmented and good value for money at 1,800php. Fortunately again, I bought it with the PH-TWENTYOFF Discount Code, and it only cost me around 1485php.

I was expecting to receive it at February 26, but no package came. On Feb 27, the evening before the dreaded graduation shoot, it was still nowhere with me. I checked the delivery status c/o Multiply and Xend, and tracked the package with the tracking number Multiply provided. Says in the tracking that it was already delivered, dated February 26, and was received by a certain Aleta Montalbo, a neighbor. Unfortunately,  I know no one of that name! Who knows what the said person could have done to my palette. She could have very well taken it for herself. And this has never happened to me before! Xend always delivered my packages on time, on my doorstep, so this came as a big shock to know that they would allow a neighbor to receive an item on my behalf, when there were people at home who could have received it for me.

It was fortunate though, that we asked around our area, and found my package received by a store owner at the corner of our street. Finally, I have the prized package in my hands.

When I opened it, I found that it was bubble-wrapped and even secured with a carton. The palette was very light, and the lid closed with a magnet, keeping the lid closed in place. It offered 12 bright eyeshadow shades. I didn’t get the chance to try it the day before, so the first time I used it was already during the graduation shoot itself.

This is my review of the Beauty PRO Cosmetics Crazy Colors Palette

Pigmentation: The shades I picked up where the two green shades and two yellow shades, and found that pigmentation was not as awesome as I thought it would be. It was pigmented, but you need to apply more than twice to get the color you want.

Fallout: Probably because of the pigmentation, expect fallouts.

Durability: Had to retouch despite application of a really good eyeshadow primer.

Packaging: I love that it had a magnetic lid. The thing I didn’t like was that I received the item with the blue eyeshadow damaged. :(

Overall, while I was able to use it for my graduation shoot, it didn’t perform as good as I’d expect it to. I’ll give it another try, his time using the other shades as well. :)

How about you? What can you say about the Beauty Pro Cosmetics Crazy Colors Palette? –Hana

I’m impressed, I need to say. Certainly rarely do I encounter a blog that is both educative and entertaining, and let me tell you, you have hit the nail on the head. Your notion is outstanding; the issue is some thing that not enough men and women are speaking intelligently about. I am fairly pleased that I stumbled across this in my search for some thing relating to this.
